We are an integral part of Alexander – a leading Polish manufacturer of games and toys, headquartered in Chwaszczyno. As a Polish family business, we combine stable values with a modern approach to plastics processing. Our history is one of evolution – from an internal production support department to an independent technology partner. Today, we bring extensive experience in the construction of complex injection molds and the production of precision molded parts for renowned clients from Poland, Europe, the USA, and Canada.

Injection Molding Plant

We specialize in serial production of plastic components. Thanks to our modern machine park and the experience gained through millions of Alexander brand products as well as external client orders, we guarantee the highest repeatability and quality of workmanship.

In-House Toolroom

We are not just a contractor – we are a technical partner. Having our own toolroom allows us to design, build, and perform ongoing maintenance and repair of injection molds all in one place.

Alexander Plast has been committed to the continuous modernization of its technological infrastructure for years. Through projects co-financed by European Funds, we have built a modern production center that today enables us to handle the most demanding orders for global partners. What does Alexander Plast do?

Alexander Plast is a Polish manufacturer of injection molds and plastic molded parts, headquartered in Chwaszczyno near Gdańsk. The company combines two areas within a single facility: an injection molding department that carries out serial production of components using 1K and 2K technology, and an in-house toolroom that designs and builds injection molds, blanking dies, and tooling. Alexander Plast is part of the family-owned company Alexander – a leading Polish manufacturer of games and toys – and has grown from an internal production support department into an independent technology partner. Drawing on experience gained through millions of its own products and external orders, the company executes demanding projects for clients from Poland, Europe, the USA, and Canada. Its operations are confirmed by ISO 9001:2015 certification and the SMETA 4P audit. Full process integration – from mold design and construction to finished part production – is ensured by having both the injection molding and toolroom facilities in one place.
