Chwaszczyno Injection Molding Plant

Plastic Injection Molding Services

We produce plastic components for clients who need a reliable supplier, not the lowest price for a single order. The injection molding and toolmaking operations are housed in one facility near Gdynia, so a mold adjustment doesn't mean a week of downtime and shipping the tool across half of Poland.

  • 80 to 420 tons clamping force of injection molding machines
  • up to 1100 g weight of a single injection
  • 3 shifts continuous operation, including weekends
  • 2 business days quote with complete documentation

Custom plastic injection molding is the production of parts to order, using a customer's mold or one made by us. Alexander Plast performs it in Chwaszczyno near Gdynia, 20 minutes from the Tri-City ring road, on injection molding machines with clamping force from 80 to 420 tons and injection weight up to 1100 g. We work three shifts, and our in-house tool room in the same facility fixes mold defects without interrupting deliveries.

What the service includes

We don't just sell moldings. We take responsibility for the part from documentation analysis to packaging, because in this industry the problem almost always lies at the intersection of design, mold, and process parameters.

Technological analysis of the part

We check drafts, wall thicknesses, gate location, and weld lines before the mold is even built. You receive comments together with the quote, not after the first trials.

Series and repeatable production

We save process parameters on the machine, so the next batch after six months comes out identical to the first. We schedule production based on your annual forecasts.

Mold support throughout the entire life cycle

Inspections, cleaning, replacement of wear parts and repairs are carried out in our own tool room. The mold does not leave the plant and you do not lose a week on transport.

Finishing, assembly and packaging

Gate removal, visual inspection, simple assembly of components, and packaging according to your specification, including batch labeling to meet customer requirements.

Machine park and capabilities

The breakdown below allows you to check within a minute whether your part fits within our capabilities. If you are at the limit of the range, call us, because what matters is not only tonnage, but also the opening stroke and platen size.

Parametr Zakres Uwagi
Clamping force 80 to 420 tons A dozen or so injection molding machines, machine selection based on the projected area of the part
Injection weight up to 1100 g Details from a few grams to large-size elements
Batch size from several hundred to hundreds of thousands of pieces Repeat series are planned in the annual schedule
Working mode 3 shifts Continuous operation, also on weekends for urgent orders
Automation robots for picking Stable cycle and repeatable part ejection for longer production runs
Tool room on-site Mold repair and modernization without sending the tool outside the plant

Not sure if your part will fit? Send a 3D model and provide the estimated part weight. A technologist will select the machine and will tell you directly if the part requires design changes or a different number of cavities to make production economically viable.

Processed materials

We work with virgin materials and regrind, with color dosing via masterbatch directly on the machine. If the part must meet a specific standard or customer requirement, state this at the inquiry stage, because material selection affects the mold design.

What cooperation looks like

  1. Inquiry and documentationYou send a 3D model in STEP, a 2D drawing with tolerances, material, annual volume, and batch size. The form accepts files up to 25 MB.
  2. Analysis and quotationThe technologist checks feasibility, selects the machine and the number of cavities. With complete documentation, we respond within two business days; for parts requiring analysis, up to five.
  3. Mold and TrialsWe build the mold or accept yours. After initial trials, you receive parts for approval along with measurement comments.
  4. Approval and LaunchYou approve the sample, we record process parameters and enter the production schedule. We establish inspection rules and packaging methods.
  5. Production and Mold MaintenanceWe execute subsequent batches according to orders, conduct mold inspections, and notify you in advance when the tool approaches its wear limit.

Who We Work For

We serve manufacturers from the Tri-City and the entire Pomerania region, for whom a plastic part is a component of a larger product, as well as trading companies ordering finished goods. We provide the greatest value where timeliness and consistent quality over years matter, not a one-time lowest price.

  • Manufacturers of Machinery and Equipment
  • Household appliances and electrical engineering
  • Construction and installations
  • Technical packaging
  • Household goods
  • Toys and children's products
Examples of finished parts can be found in the project gallery, and quality system confirmations can be found on the Quality and certificates page.

Injection molding plant for companies from the Tri-City and Pomerania

The plant is located in Chwaszczyno at 19 Telewizyjna Street, just beyond the Gdynia city limits, on provincial road 218. For clients from the Tri-City, this means a visit to the supplier fits into half a day, rather than a full day with an overnight stay. Driving over, reviewing the part with a technologist, and returning is a realistic plan for one morning.

Skąd Dojazd Co to zmienia w praktyce
Gdynia about 15 minutes Collection of the batch using our own transport on the same day, without planning freight forwarding
Gdańsk about 30 minutes by the bypass Pattern approval on-site instead of exchanging photos for a week
Sopot, Rumia, Reda 15 to 25 minutes Urgent supplementary delivery delivered within a few hours
Wejherowo, Kartuzy, Żukowo 20 to 35 minutes Joint inspection of the mold without having to arrange tool transport
Rest of Poland and the European Union freight forwarding Service in Polish and English, shipment on terms agreed in the contract

Proximity matters, especially during initial start-up and when handling complaints. Instead of describing a defect in an email, you come with the part and talk to the technologist at the machine. The address and a route map can be found on the Contact page.

Why an injection molding shop with its own tool room

A mold breakdown does not stop deliveries

With a supplier without a tool room, a broken ejector pin means shipping the mold, waiting in line at an external facility, and a week of downtime. With us, the tool comes off the machine and returns to it after repair in the same building.

One contact person instead of three

When a part is defective, nobody sends you back and forth between the designer and the tool room. A single company is responsible for the result, from mold design to the packed batch.

Mold designed for a specific machine

The constructor knows what the tool will stand on and what material it will work with. This removes theoretical assumptions from the project, which later cost revisions.

Questions we get most often

Optymalny przedział to serie powtarzalne, planowane w harmonogramie rocznym.

Jeżeli detal wymaga analizy technologicznej albo zmiany konstrukcji formy, wycena zajmuje do pięciu dni roboczych i zawiera uwagi technologa.

Jakie tworzywa przetwarzacie?
