Injection Molding & Tooling Projects

The Alexander Plast portfolio includes four main types of projects: plastic details and moldings from serial production, injection molds, tooling, and precision machining. We produce details using 1K and 2K injection molding technology, on machines with clamping force from 80 to 420 tons, for clients from various industrial sectors in Poland, Europe, the USA, and Canada. In our own tool room, we build cold- and hot-runner molds, cutting dies, stamping tools, as well as dedicated workstations and specialized machines. Complementary services include mold regeneration and maintenance, including laser cladding, as well as CNC milling and turning, EDM sinking, WEDM wire cutting, and precision grinding. The gallery above presents selected works from our injection molding shop and tool room; we handle both short runs and prototypes, as well as mass production. We manage every project comprehensively – from the design and construction of the mold to the serial production of the finished part.
