Alexander Plast Offer
We operate in two departments housed in a single facility. One builds and services tooling, the other manufactures components from it. Below, you can check in a minute which one will handle your project.
- 80 to 420 tons clamping force of injection molding machines
- up to 1100 g weight of a single injection
- 3 shifts continuous operation, including weekends
- ISO 9001 in the 2015 version and SMETA 4P audit
The Alexander Plast offer is divided into two areas. The tool room designs, builds, modernizes, and regenerates tooling, including injection molds, blanking dies, and stamping tools. The injection molding department mass-produces parts from these tools on machines with clamping forces ranging from 80 to 420 tons and injection weights up to 1100 g. Both departments operate in a single plant in Chwaszczyno near Gdynia.
Choose your starting point
You don't need to know what the service is called. Suffice it that you know what's on your desk: a part drawing or a ready-made tool.
Injection molding plant
Series production of plastic parts. We take responsibility for the molding from documentation analysis to packaging.
- You have a drawing or a 3D model and need finished pieces
- You have a mold at your current supplier and want to move production
- You need a part made of two plastics or two colors
Tool room
Design office and machine park under one roof. Design, construction, modernization and maintenance of tooling.
- You need a new tool for your part
- Your mold is worn out, damaged, or requires modification
- You are looking for CNC machining, electrical discharge machining, or a spare part
Tell us what you have, we will point you to the right page
Six situations that repeatedly appear in inquiries. If yours is somewhere in between, call us—it is faster than reading.
- I have a drawing or a 3D model, I do not have a mold We start with the construction of the tool
- I have my mold with current supplier and I want to change shops Transfer the production on your tool
- I have a mold, but it is either worn out or damaged Service and restoration of functionality
- I need repeatable deliveries of components throughout the year Contract manufacturing on a schedule
- The component needs to combine two materials or two colors Two-component production
- I am looking for machining services or a spare part Milling, turning, EDM and WEDM

Both departments stand side by side, so the boundary between them is for you merely formal. A project can start from either side and move to the other without changing suppliers.
Correction without shipping
When the tool requires adjustment, we do it on-site. The mold never leaves the facility, and deliveries are not delayed by a week of transport.
One accountable party
The mold designer and injection technology engineer work together, so there is no dispute over whether the issue lies in the tool or the process.
Start from either side
You can order just the tool, just the production, or both. The scope is defined at the quotation stage, not at the contract signing.
What we base our repeatability on
We run processes in both departments under a certified quality management system. We also undergo a full ethical audit required by global customers.
- ISO 9001 (version 2015)
- SMETA 4 Pillar
Questions about starting cooperation
Where do I start if I don't know what I need?
Send us what you have: a drawing, a 3D model, a photo of a part, or mold data. Our technologist will respond whether we start with the tool or directly with production, and what else is needed for a quote. With complete documentation, we prepare a quote within two business days.
Do I have to order the tool and production together?
No. We build tools that later work at another processor, and we produce on molds we did not make. You decide the scope of cooperation yourself. A customer-supplied mold is accepted after a written inspection of its technical condition, and the first approved batch usually comes off within two to four weeks of its delivery.
Where can I see examples of completed projects?
Photos of parts and tools are collected in a separate gallery. Technical articles about technology selection and mold maintenance are published in the Knowledge Zone. You will find links below.
Describe your project, we will point the way
One sentence about the detail and an attachment is enough to start a conversation. If the matter is urgent, call us, we answer from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 3 PM.
